Merritt has developed, owned, and managed over $650 million of hotel, mixed-use, office, and retail projects. Merritt has secured zoning in three different locations for an additional 2.8 million square feet of projects.Merritt is currently purchasing properties with equity partners. We have purchased a million square foot mixed-use site in Stamford, CT, a 670-acre site in Ridgefield, CT for a mixed-use office development, and a 94 acre site in Northern New Jersey.
